Refund Eligibility:
 
Refunds are not applicable to monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly prepaid service packages.
Equipment charges are waived for use during the subscription period. However, in the event of equipment damage, charges for repair or replacement will apply.
 
Equipment Damage:
Customers are responsible for the care and safekeeping of the provided equipment.
In case of equipment damage, repair or replacement charges will be applicable as per our equipment fee schedule.
 
New Connection Non-Feasibility:
Only in cases of non-feasibility of a new connection, a refund may be considered by MSINFINITY ETHERNET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD.
The time for the refund for such cases is approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date of refund confirmation.
 
Refund Request Process:
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the service activation date.
 
Refund requests are only applicable for exceptional circumstances and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items:
Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly prepaid service packages are non-refundable.
 
Equipment charges are non-refundable unless the equipment is returned undamaged at the end of the subscription period.
 
Changes to Services:
MSINFINITY ETHERNET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice. No refunds will be provided for such changes.
